grazie Luciano!

This small program allow you to change easily and quickly your profile name in rFactor 2
You can also choose to have just a Nickname in game.
However, this will not change your ID concerning your rFactor 2 account, the program will interact just into the game.

costa circa 25 euro, si può acquistare su e-Bay, questa l'inserzione
se qualcuno è interessato, potremmo fare un'acquisto di gruppo...

CITAZIONE
GTEYE Progressive Brake Pedal Spring for Logitech G25 and G27 Steering Wheel

This spring features a true progressive rate which effectively simulates the real feel of a brake pedal in a real car.

For direct replacement of the standard Logitech G25 / G27 brake pedal spring without further modifications or special pedal set mounting requirements.

The GTEYE Progressive Brake Spring is produced from thicker wire, and features a triple stage progressive rate design.
As the closer coils compress and touch together the spring increases in stiffness up to +80% generating higher pedal resistance for improved brake feel and control.

Precision Designed, Tested and Manufactured in Australia on a highly accurate CNC controlled coil spring machine.

Easy DIY installation, quality comprehensive fitting instructions provided by email.

Manufactured in Australia with pride, combined with over 10 years spring design experience and 4 years of testing and development of this modification, satisfaction is guaranteed.

Improve pedal feel with a sturdy and balanced increase in firmness.
Simulates a real brake pedal and progressive threshold.
Improve your lap times when compared to an unmodified pedal.
Precision designed and manufactured in Australia with over 10 years spring design experience.
Safe and maintenance free.
Works without the need to hardmount the pedals.
Still comfortable with barefoot use.
Incorporating a triple stage spring design, the pedal progressively increases in resistance as it is depressed, offering the same initial starting resistance as the standard Logitech spring then progressively increasing to +80% more resistance.
A great deal of testing has been undertaken to position the dual stage transition in unity with the in-game braking threshold of most driving software. This creates a cushion of resistance for your foot to rest upon whilst braking,
reducing “pedal hunt” and ultimately improving lap times.

FAQ :

Why does the spring have uneven coil spacing? The original Logitech spring is linear, which means the spring rate does not change over the entire pedal stroke, whereas the spring rate in the GTEYE progressive spring increases over the entire range of compression. As the closer coils incrementally touch together (bind) the rate increases therefore progressivly providing more pedal resistance.

Will this spring improve my lap times? Yes, in most cases. During high speed or sudden braking, your foot will consistently find the threshold much faster, and instinctively reference the pedal force required for optimum braking effect. Since previously you had no reference pressure from the original linear spring, the only way your brain determined the required pedal pressure was based on your other senses such as eyesight, hearing the tyre screech or feeling the force feedback through the steering wheel. The improved progressive cushion of resistance for your foot to rest upon whilst braking reduces “pedal hunt” and ultimately improves lap times.

Why hasn’t the spring been powder coated? Powder coating adds up to 0.2mm thickness to the material. Over the entire length of the spring this can add as much as 2.2mm to the compressed length of the spring which would significantly reduce the pedal stroke. The GTEYE spring comes pre-oiled from the factory for smooth and silent operation.

What is the warranty of the spring? The GTEYE spring has a 3 year warranty against workmanship and material defect or failure, from date of purchase.

Will the modification void my warranty with Logitech? Basically, yes. Logitech has the right to refuse warranty once you dismantle the pedal set. Keep in mind that the Logitech warranty is only 1 year, and after that no Logitech warranty would apply in any case.

Will this modification damage or reduce the life of my pedal set? With over 4 years of testing this modification, GTEYE has seen no evidence of fatigue or wear in any components. This is mostly thanks to the great core design of the Logitech pedals to begin with.

I am afraid the spring will be too stiff? I don`t blame you, If the pedal is too stiff, the driving experience becomes tiresome and actually results in slower lap times due to being unable to depress the brake pedal far enough or fast enough.
Thankfully, careful consideration to spring stiffness (rate) has been a core GTEYE design philosophy, that`s why it has taken so long to design a spring with a correctly positioned threshold and balanced spring rate. By perfecting this, there should be no need to worry as it has been carefully calculated to provide a solid resistance without demanding excessive pressure. The pedal will allow you to also push beyond threshold should you wish.

Can I fit the spring myself? Yes. This modification is relatively easy, there is a quality comprehensive set of fitting instructions provided by email which guide you throughout the entire process and highlight any potential risks. It generally takes about 20 minutes to install.

How long will postage take? GTEYE will always aim to post the item within 1-2 business days. If there are any unusual delays GTEYE will email you. From there it is the responsibility of the postage service.

QUI IL LIVE VERO E PROPRIO
http://ftgx.dyndns.org/vmliveview2/monitor.php

The whole system is based on PHP, Apache and MySQL. The major focus will be for Endurance Racing Mods, but Series Racing won’t be a problem as well. The programming is pretty much straight forward, so League Admins with a little knowledge in APM-Environments won’t have a problem to customize it for their needs.

Components:

- Plugin to store the current scoring in an XML file
- Loader to grep the data and place it into the db
- Monitor to show the overall standings
- Viewer adjustable Refresh Rate
- Row Highlight ( see column High ) to compare Team Driver to opponent
- Hotlap list ( [Hotlaps] link in Extras )
- Session Laps list ( click on a lap number link in column Laps )
- Marquee ( http://ftgx.dyndns.org/vmliveview2/marquee.php )
Minor problems detected so far:

- Under the "rFactor2 Mod Mode.exe" sometimes the "InPits" status isn’t updated correctly. Haven’t detected it so far for "rFactor2.exe". Can’t tell for the "rFactor2 Dedicated.exe" cause I have to wait until the scoring updates for AI has been fixed for the next release of rF2 beta.
- "DarkClouds" and "Wind" updating doesn’t seem to work at all. Are those data linked to telemetry outputs?
Keep in mind that this instance is currently running on my dev system. So the upload line is rather poor and the system is not available 24/7 in case the links are not working.
